Job Application Autofill

Your details live only in this browser. Fill them once, then copy fields or use the bookmarklet on any application form.

Saved

Every field has a Copy button. Leave anything blank that doesn't apply — the bookmarklet skips empty fields.

Job details

Your letter will appear here.

This is a solid first draft from a template. For a sharper, fully tailored letter, paste the job description into Claude directly.

One-time setup

  1. Show your browser's bookmarks bar (Ctrl+Shift+B).
  2. Drag this button onto the bar:   Fill Application
  3. If dragging won't work: click → right-click the bookmarks bar → Add page… → paste into the URL box (not the address bar) → Save.
Do not paste it into the browser address bar — Chrome strips it and you'll get a Google error. It has to be a saved bookmark.

How to use it

  1. Open any job application form and click Fill Application in your bookmarks bar.
  2. A small tab flashes open — that's it fetching your current saved details, so you never need to re-drag the bookmark after editing your profile. Allow the pop-up if your browser asks.
  3. It fills every field it can match and shows a count at the top of the page. It never overwrites fields you've already filled.
  4. Always review before submitting — matching isn't perfect on every site.

Works well on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, eArcu and standard forms. Workday and iCIMS use unusual field structures, so expect partial coverage there. If the count says 0 of N, your profile is empty or wasn't saved in this browser.
